Job Description

Our client based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for an Administrative Officer to work on a hybrid basis, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is a fixed term maternity position offering flexible full time working hours and the incredible holiday package of 31 days per year plus bank holidays.

This is a busy role full of variety. You will play a key part in setting up records, collection of fees, data gathering and providing a professional enquiry service and help desk facility. The skill set needed for this role would be customer service and administration/IT skills along with having a keen eye for detail and being a careful and very thorough worker.
