Job Description

FT Medical Administrator
Temporary
Helensburgh
£10.88 p/h

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Medical Administrator to join Brook Streets Public Sector Client on , temporary basis. As an administrator you`ll benefit from an experienced practice team and be an integral part of helping them through this busy period.

Roles and responsibilities

Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Booking and amending appointments
Answering any telephone or email enquiries
Updating patient records
Supporting the Head Receptionist, and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Accessing sensitive information, while maintaining patient confidentiality
Skills and Experience

Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast based environment
Previous admin or reception experience/or admin NVQ or equivalent
Personable, positive and enthusiastic individual
Efficient with Microsoft 365
Training providing on system
Strong organisation and communication skills
Due to the nature of the role a full security clearance and 3 years worth of referencing will be required to be considered for the role. To apply for this role you must have a valid UK passport.

Hours of work are Mon - Thu 7.30 - 3.30 and Friday 7.30 - 12.30
