Administrative Team Leader

Job Description

Our public sector client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a team leader.

This is initially a temporary role until 31/03/21 with the chance of being extended. It is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week. This role will be paying £13.01 per hour.

Your day to day duties will include but not be restricted to:
- Managing and planning the workload of a team which provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all stakeholders, judiciary and management,
- Lead and manage a team of staff ensuring that its members are organised and fully skilled to meet their work objectives, using lean TIBs, SOPs and other continuous improvement tools,
- To assist in the delivery of performance against targets

As a team leader you will be:
- Lead the implementation of efficient and consistent administrative procedures,
- Managing resources,
- Monitoring performance,
- Conduct reviews of procedures and work practices,
- Provide written and verbal advice to staff and HMCTS users,
- Contribute to delivery of operational, performance and service standard targets,
- Communicating with the delivery manager when needed,
- Working with staff to ensure casework is appropriately managed,
- Identify and implement solutions to local problems and reporting them to the cluster delivery manager
