Job Description
Administrator
Based in Kineton a short drive from Wellesbourne - commutable from Warwick, Leamington, Southam, Gaydon, Banbury and Stratford upon Avon
£19,000 - £20,000 per annum
Parking on site
22 days annual leave + bank holidays
Christmas shutdown
As the company Administrator you will be responsible for taking quotes from customers, inputting them into the system and liaising with the Warehouse department to ensure all orders and correspondence is correct.
You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and organisation skills whilst collating information for the sales team, responding to supplier/customer enquiries by phone and email, preparing quotes for customers, sending out brochure and price list requests, checking post, updating database, answering incoming calls and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Knowledge working in as a Administrator
An excellent telephone manner with great communicants skills
Be able to multi-task whilst working to and prioritising several deadlines at once
Knowledge of updating a CRM database
Previous knowledge of Sage is desirable.
Due to the location of the company, acess to your own car or transport will be required as unfortunately public transport is limited.
