Job Description
Temporary Band 3 Administrator Required for a 4 month contract with Hereford and Worcester CCG
To start asap subject to necessary vetting procedures
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a professional welcome to visitors to the CCG's offices, assisting visitors as appropriate and providing hospitality as required.
- Respond to telephone enquiries, dealing with calls in a professional and courteous manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality. Taking and forwarding accurate messages to the appropriate team/individual in a timely manner.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail appropriately, ensuring outgoing mail is sent through the appropriate methods, and incoming mail is distributed in a timely manner.
Work with central team colleagues to coordinate enquiries and work requests via the central team inbox, dealing with a range of queries and requests in a responsive and effective manner, and redirecting where necessary.
Person Specification
* 4 GCSE grade 9-4 (including Maths and English Language*) * NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience

* Experience of working as part of a team * Experience of general office practices routine and filing systems * Experience of setting up meetings and diary management * Experience of taking minutes and action notes at meetings.
