Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a great company with a supportive team in Nottingham (Office based). My client is looking for someone with strong customer service and Administration skills.

You will be responsible for providing 5* customer service and administration. As well as being organised, a good problem solver and be able to work with people at all levels with a strong focus on scheduling and customer resolution.

" 12-week Temporary contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
" £10 p/h paid weekly
" Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30
" 40 hours a week
" Nottingham - In office
" Full training provided

The Job:
" Communicate clearly with all Stakeholders
" Keep all IT and job management systems up to date with all the relevant information regarding planned, completed and part completed installations.
" Plan and confirm schedules with all relevant parties to include colleagues, installation teams and clients.
" Advise your line Manager of major issues and threats and recommend appropriate actions.
" Participate in the development and implementation of the processes and strategy for the first-class service out of the depot.

The Person:
" A working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and mail merge
" MS Office Suite
" A working knowledge of customer care
" The ability to use word to type letters
" Strong interpersonal skills
" The ability to work as a team
" Logical reasoning
" Accuracy and attention to detail
" Numeracy skills
" Willingness to learn
" The ability to plan ahead and report any changes to operational support
