Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in Peterborough is looking for an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay will start at £9.06 per hour, rising to £9.78 after a period of 12 weeks. National minimum wage applies
The role will include but not be restricted to:
- General Administration and filing
- Managing email inboxes and answering queries
- Preparing for hearings
- Dealing with Telephone queries and making phone calls
The ideal candidate will have a great telephone manner, the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and also competent at prioritising workload. Good knowledge of general IT and confidence in using Microsoft Applications is required.
If successful, you will be required to provide either your Passport or Birth certificate, 2 proofs of address and also proof of National insurance.
