Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a part time administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol.

Main duties include:
-Setting up and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on approved databases.
-Prepare, maintain and collate case records, files and management information.
-Receive and distribute information and communications via telephone, letter and email.
-Provide cover for an effective and efficient reception and telephone enquiry service

Skills and experience required:
-Previous administrative experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Good attention to detail
-Professional attitude and able to maintain a professional approach to all customers.
-Ability to work independently.

This is a part time role working Tuesday and Wednesdays 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £9.06 per hour rising to £9.56 per hour after 12 weeks of work.

This is a temporary assignment for 3 months with the likelihood for an extension.
