Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Plymouth, however this role will be working from home until further notice.

This role provides a varied and exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment helping develop the education and training of the NHS workforce.

You will be responsible for arranging and minuting meetings and formal committees, preparing and drafting high quality letters and emails and preparing and/or editing presentations and reports on behalf of the Quality Team.

There will be regular liaison with senior stakeholders and their offices on difficult and controversial issues so good communication skills are essential. The post will also provide wider support to other members of the Quality Team as required and will be line managed by the Quality Manager for the Directorate. The post holder will have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc initiatives as required.

You must have a strong administrative background with experience in secretarial duties. You also must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £10.29 per hour rising to £11.20 per hour after 12 weeks of work.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 27/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
