Job Description

New opportunity to join a growing company on the outskirts of Coventry as an administrator! Due to the location, you must be able to drive. Your role predominantly will be to help and support the HR and Payroll departments.


Full time, Permanent
Immediate start
Up to £24,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday

Main duties but not limited to;


· Effective and proactive administration for both HR and Payroll

· Administration of the holiday booking system and pension system

· Organising and upholding files and records

· Assisting with new starter and leaver packs

· Data entry - creating, editing and updating spreadsheets

· Producing reports weekly/ monthly

Personal Specification;


· Able to thrive under pressure

· Previous administration experience

· Must be able to drive due to location

· Able to manage own workload and work to tight timescales

· Excellent communication

· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
