Role - Administrator
Location - Sevenoaks (drivers ideal)
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 2/4 weeks possibly longer (could be permanent)
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
Pay - £9.50 - £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
We are looking for an Administrator for a client based in Rural Sevenoaks. This role ideally will need to be someone local or has a car.
The role will be to support a team with all administration, answer calls for the branch, respond to all emails, Data entry and updating CRM system.
We are looking for a confident candidate who can hold their own, a great team player and someone who is confident using MS office packages.
We are looking for a candidate who is keen, willing to learn and have a great attention to detail. A strong communicator both written and verbal is essential. The ideal candidate will have atleast one years office experience.
-Meet and Greet all visitors to the office
-Answer and transfer all incoming calls
-Monitor and respond to all emails
-Matching all invoices with order confirmations
