Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting our client who are specialists within the transport field, currently recruiting for an Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis.

This position is to start work immediately, with interviews taking place early next week - W/C 8th November.

The newest team member will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of a small office, responsible for ensuring that customers recieve the highest standards of service.

A typical day would include;
Recieving inbound enquiries, both via the phone and on email
Liaising with contractors and key account stakeholders, providing service updates
Handling of staff and issuing job directives after approval by Director
Employment of new staff and obtaining required references and compliance checks
Monitoring, tracking and scheduling drivers
Conducting meetings and training sessions with employees
General administrative duties

This is a office roles, situated on the outskirts of Woking Town Centre, working core office hours, Monday to Friday.

This position is offering an initial hourly pay of £11ph, paid weekly in arrears, increasing to £20,000 p/a, once permanent.
