We've got a great opportunity for a role within MOD - Administrator - Location: Tidworth

Role overview:

  • The Temporary Worker will provide routine administrative support tasks according to well-established procedures.
  • Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • General Administrative and stationary requirements including DINs, DANs and other MOD Policy received:

    - Contracting Purchasing and Financial, user inclding checking and raising of invoices and receipting and preparing for authoirty payment

    - Use of the Integrated Management System (IMS)

    - Daily management of the Fire Risk Management database

    - Clercial support to all Teams inclduing LMS and Commercial

    - PAC Reporting tool

    - Minute and Agenda keeping

    - Vehicle booking and management

Typical qualifications and experience:

  • Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

Pay rate: £10.88/hour, full time-Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Location: Nadder Road, Tidworth, SP9 7QA
