Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol.

This position is a work from home role but the office is open 3 days a week if you prefer to go in.

Main duties include:
-Set up and manage a master file of relevant contracts change notices
-Create a contact list
-Act as a point of contact for employers interested in the programme
-Report accurately and in timely fashion on financial position and progress with contracts
-Provide the commissioning team with administrative support on ad hoc basis when needed


Skills and experience required:
- Experience as working as an Administrator
-Ability to use own initiative to resolve issues
-Good time management and organisational skills
-Excellent Word and Excel skills
-Good attention to detail

This is a part time position working 18.75 hours per week

Rate of pay is £11.76 per hour rising to £12.74 per hour after 12 weeks of work

This is a temporary assignment currently ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension
