Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol City Centre.

This position can also be a work from home position but the office is open if you wanted to go in.

Main duties include:
-Assist with the revision of procedures and training modules used by colleagues to deliver our incident response service
-Assist with records management of electronic guidance and incident response documents
-Build relationships across teams and identify opportunities for smarter working and delivery across the team
-Maintain, develop and champion new ways of working to ensure we respond to our customers needs
-Embed improvements to our national incident response

Skills and experience required:
-Previous administrative experience
-Good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
-Effective communication skills, both oral and written

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday, 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £14.96 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension
