Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to work for a growing company based in Basford. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong Administrative and Organisation skills to take on a fast-paced role as part of a lively team.
Role - Contracts Administrator
Hours - 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay - £10 per hour
Location - Basford
Duration - Initial 12-week contract with a view to becoming permanent
As a Contracts Administrator you will oversee a crucial part of the contract delivery process, ensuring that there are no delays to the service this company offers its customers. Candidates will also be planning appointments, up-keeping reporting mechanisms and provide general administrative support to other areas of the business.
This is a fast-paced role that requires candidates to be able to organise their workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed in the required timeframes. Strong Administrative experience is essential to this position.
- Previous Administration experience (Essential)
- Organised approach to tasks (Essential)
- MS Office literate, especially MS Excel (Essential)
- Previous experience of Contracts Administration (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
