We are looking for a temporary administrator to work with us in Borough High Street.
Main duties are to manage the SFO and Complaints functional mailboxes and coordinate SFO and complaints processes in accordance with national and local procedures and guidelines.
Recording on Excel and other electronic databases are essential components of the job. You will be responsible for ensuring that the items coming in are actioned promptly and in accordance with national policy.
Team managers will direct day to day work and set further tasks as appropriate.
IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel skills essential.
Basic HMPPS vetting level will be required before starting. (The client will organise this for the successful candidate)
Knowledge of Probation service databases an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
£9.56 per hour for the first 12 weeks rising to £11.57 per hour (rates for under 23's will be different for the first 12 weeks
