Job Description

We have 2 exciting temporary positions starting in the New Year for administrators with strong communication skills.

You will be supporting within the very busy Placement team at a University in Leeds; a role that will contribute to shaping the future of 100s of students.

You will be taking queries by both email and phone and directing them to the appropriate team member so must have good communication skills and an air of professionalism.

You will be contacting schools and various placement providers to gain information and updating the data base with their details so your IT skills need to be accurate.

As you will be engaging with various stakeholders you must be confident in dealing with more senior clients and staff as well as students.

This is a supportive team but everyone is very busy so we would need someone who can work un-supervised. You are able to work in the office in Central Leeds or, if you prefer, from home.
