Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.
This is role is a work from home position and all IT equipment will be provided.
Main duties include:
-Arranging virtual and face to face meetings
-Sourcing and booking meeting venues
-Processing fee payments
-Supporting the Secretarial Team
Skills and experience required:
-Strong IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Experience in administrative support
-Experience in organising meetings
-Experience in keeping accurate financial records
-Good organisational skills
-Work well within a team
-Able to build good working relationships with stakeholders
This is full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £13.36 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 25/02/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
