Job Description
We are looking for an Onboarding Co-Ordinator to work in a busy HR/payroll department in Southampton city centre.
Role Overview
To assist in co-ordination of onboarding activity within our Employment Services business from raising of requisitions through to co-ordinating manager feedback, interviews, IT kit ordering and new joiner set up, tracking of new starters, new starter engagement and 121s. This is a key role to support high volumes of new joiners and contribute to an excellent onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise role requisitions.
- Co-ordinate CV feedback
- Supporting in arranging interview availability and feedback.
- Arranging kit and new joiner set up forms.
- Joining calls with recruitment, HR and the business to track progress.
- New starter 121s
- Ensure continuous improvement in new starter process.

- Competent in office, including excel
- Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior level.

Temp hourly rate/annual salary: 10/hour, Monday to Friday 37.30 hours per week.
