Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.
This is a WFH position but you will need to travel to Corsham to collect equipment.
Main duties include:
-Monitor, manage and maintain help desk tickets and allocating to correct team
-Support Management with triage activities on a weekly basis
-Track tasks to ensure timely resolution
-Produce reports to Team Leader as and when required
Skills and experience required:
-Strong organisational skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous experience of stakeholder management and engagement skills
-Has the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £10.88 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 11/02/2023 with a possibility of an extension.
