Job Description

Administration Assistant

We are seeking a confident administrator to join a warm, friendly team in Newport. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service to customers, suppliers, logistics, franchisees, and territory managers. The hours of work are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with no weekend work. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a responsive, quality customer service by phone, email, or face to face appointment
  • Input new customer information into an internal database
  • Provide focused administrative support
  • Arrange courier service for deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, internal and external contacts
  • Develop product knowledge across the full range of company products
  • Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures

This role is temporary for 3 months with a view of going permanent for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE's including English and Maths
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Database experience
