Job Description
Administration Assistant
We are seeking a confident administrator to join a warm, friendly team in Newport. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service to customers, suppliers, logistics, franchisees, and territory managers. The hours of work are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with no weekend work. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a responsive, quality customer service by phone, email, or face to face appointment
- Input new customer information into an internal database
- Provide focused administrative support
- Arrange courier service for deliveries
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, internal and external contacts
- Develop product knowledge across the full range of company products
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures
This role is temporary for 3 months with a view of going permanent for the right person.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including English and Maths
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Database experience
