Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.

Main duties include:
-Managing mailboxes and forwarding to the correct person
-Setting up and coordinating meeting
-Sending out meeting invites
-Being in touch with clinicians via telephone
-Updating the systems

Skills and experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Able to prioritise own workload
-Good communication skills, both oral and written
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700

Rate of pay is £10.29 per hour rising to £11.53 per hour after 12 weeks of work

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 13/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
