Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.
This can be based in either Bristol or Plymouth.
Main duties include:
- Arranging meetings
- Diary management
- Supporting and maintaining admin system
- Minute taking
- Ad hoc admin tasks
Skills and experience required:
- Previous admin / secretary experience
- Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Organisational skills
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £9.09 per hour rising to £13.64 per hour after 12 weeks of work
This is a 3 month temporary assignment with a possibility of an extension
