Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.

This can be based in either Bristol or Plymouth.

Main duties include:

  • Arranging meetings
  • Diary management
  • Supporting and maintaining admin system
  • Minute taking
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous admin / secretary experience
  • Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organisational skills

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

Rate of pay is £9.09 per hour rising to £13.64 per hour after 12 weeks of work

This is a 3 month temporary assignment with a possibility of an extension
