Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Plymouth.
You will be based across 2 different sites within 2 miles of each other and on site parking is available.
Main duties include:
-Answering email and telephone queries
-Making medical appointments for service users
-Processing referrals on the system
-Scanning documents and uploading to the system
-Updating patient records as and when required
-Supporting clinical staff with administration
Skills and experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Good IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and oral
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £11.01 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
