Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client.
This role is work from home but you must be able to attend the Bristol or Exeter Office for training and meetings when required.
Main duties include:
- Running monthly reports showing financial information to enable Project Managers to update project costs.
- Investigate anomalies in project finance using reports
- Manage and administer the year end accruals process.
- Order PPE and IT equipment for new starters and be a focal point for initial queries.
- Adhoc admin tasks to support generation of briefing notes, production of letters, assist with project literature and batch mail outs using the mailing system.
- Undertake utility service searches for projects.
- Organising team meetings, team trips, environmental leave days and other adhoc requests
- Book Hotels, train tickets and flights for Project Managers and Project Executives as required using the Trips system
- Arrange for the delivery and collection of hire cars for team members
- Managing shared mail box and actioning as needed
- Setting up meetings and invites and organising other adhoc meeting set ups
Skills and experience required:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Project Support experience
- Team Working Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially MS Word, MS Teams and Excel
- Administrative experience
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 30/12/2022 with a possibility of an extension
