Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client in Exmouth.

Main duties include:
-Booking in service users
-Answering telephone calls and emails
-Processing new referrals onto the system
-Filing and archiving documents
-Collecting post and distributing
-Photocopying, faxing and scanning

Skills and experience required:
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Work well as part of a team
-Previous admin and/or receptionist experience

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 0800-1600

Rate of pay is £10.30 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022 which is highly likely to be extended
