Job Description

Job Title: Administrator
Responsible to: Administration Manager
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 (35 hours a week - can be flexible)
Location: Office based - with flexible working

Essential: Administrative experience 5+ years, highly developed IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation packages.


ID necessary: In date British passport, two proofs of address and one proof of NI

Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter to work in a small team providing administrative support to the wider organisation. This is a client-facing role where building good relationships is important. The right candidate will demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, excellent inter-personal skills, accurate written and verbal communication skills, and be data literate.


Job Description
This team member will support the team by providing excellent administrative support to enable the team to provide the highest level of service to its members and clients. Reporting to the Administration Manager the role holder will undertake a varied and diverse range of duties.
Main duties and responsibilities:


Work as part of the integrated support teams which include finance and operations, marketing, communications and events, and business insight, providing support to the front-line consulting and procurement teams, and specifically:


" Developing and maintaining good relations with colleagues, team members and clients, suppliers and other third parties
" Providing administrative and communications support using the Microsoft 365 suite of applications: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
" Maintaining and updating databases, websites, and other company systems
" Proof reading, processing documents and updating of registers
" Supporting meetings and events: arranging, attending, and producing minutes where required
" Learning the roles of other members of the team sufficiently, to help cover absences and provide support at peak workload times
" Proactively seeking new ways of working for the operations team and the wider organisation
" Carry out any other duties as might reasonably be required.
