Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client working remotely
Main duties include:
-Managing mailboxes
-Managing calendars
-Taking minutes in meetings
-Ad hoc admin duties when required
Skills and experience required:
-Previous admin / secretarial experience
-Good IT skills, with experience in using MS Office
-Good communication skills, both oral and written
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week
Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate
Rate of pay is £12.58 per hour
This is a temporary role ongoing until 31/04/2022 with a possibility of an extension
