Job Title: Sales Administrator/Co-Ordinator

My client is a local leading estate agency firm in Cheltenham, looking for a Sales Administrator/Co-Ordinator to join their busy New Homes department.
Job Role of Sales Administrator/Co-Ordinator:
"Ensure that all New Home sites are marketed to the highest level. From ensuring the New Homes department delivers perfect results for the development team, to delegating and organising the efficient running of all administration tasks within the New Homes department.
"Offer 1st class support to the New Homes team in delivering a first class service to new and existing clients, in order to gain and retain business.
"You will deal with incoming enquiries by both phone and email, understand stock availability and be able to relay information regarding the development of new buildings.
"Deal with the progression of sales, including the coordination of solicitors and surveyors, and help push sales through to completion
"Aid with the manning of sites
Desired Experiences for Sales Administrator/Co-Ordinator:
"The right candidate would need to have strong Customer Service and Administration skills
"Knowledge of marketing systems, and best ways to advertise the business
"Awareness of property market in general
"Previous experience within estate agency is preferred, but not essential
