Hybrid working
Temporary 3 months+ with possible extension
Full Time - Monday to Friday
Flexible hours and part time available also
£10.29ph increasing to £11.53 after 12 weeks

Job Description:

" Oversee the accurate and timely inputting and maintaining of data-on-data systems and provide specialist secretarial/administration support and advice to the team.
" Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner and communicating relevant information to stakeholders.
" To arrange/schedule assessments and reviews for Nurse Assessors, including contacting individuals, family members/representatives and other relevant professionals.
" Ensure effective and timely collation and preparation of relevant documentation in support of service delivery
" Deal with invoice queries in an efficient and timely manner.
" Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately.
" Word processing and processing documents (faxing/scanning/photocopying) when required.
" Ensure that general office supply levels are maintained.
" Responsible for organising meetings for the department, minute taking, calendar management and planning any administrative work as required.

About you:
" Previous admin experience is essential.
" Strong IT Skills (including excel).
" Experience using professional computer systems is preferable.
