Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client
This is a work from home role but you must be able to attend the office occasionally which can be Truro or Exeter
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 0900-1700 with a rate of pay of £11.03 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/08/2022 with a possibility of an extension
Main duties include:
-Data entry
-Raising job request forms
-Processing returned documents
-Contacting customers by telephone
Skills and experience required:
-Previous admin and customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
