Do you have customer service experience? Looking for an office based position? And want to further develop within an established company?

My client is seeking a hardworking individual to join their strong team based in Tunbridge Wells. You will have customer service experience, able to accurately input data, IT literate, confident telephone manner and willing to learn.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in financial services industry.

Duties:
- Answering all incoming calls.
- Responding to investment related queries from internal departments and external customers.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are being met.
- Providing on delivering excellent customer services.
- Responsible for developing new processes to maximise efficiency.

Essential:
- Previous call centre/customer service experience
- IT literate and proficient on Microsoft packages

Role: Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £18,525-£19,000
