Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol
They offer a hybrid working model working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £12.83 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 12/08/2022 with a possibility of an extension and an opportunity to apply for a permanent post
Main duties include:
-Diary Management
-Managing inbox queries
-Arranging meetings, travel & training
-Note taking & recording minutes for meetings
-Collating weekly/monthly reports
-Supporting/dealing with finance, HR & IT queries/processes
-Preparing papers for lawyers
Skills & experience required:
-Previous admin & PA experience
-Excellent IT Skills
-Good communication skills, both verbal & written
