Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol
This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office & 3 days at home
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £10.96 per hour
This is a temporary position until 31/07/2022 with a possibility of an extension
Main duties include:
-Managing shared mailboxes
-Setting up Microsoft Team meetings
-Booking meeting rooms
-Organising rotas
-Note taking of meetings
Skills & experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Good IT knowledge, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
