Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is available for an immediate start. You will be working for a company that operates on a global basis and is very well established within their industry.

You will be assisting with all the administration duties with the team which will include reconciliation , emails , Statements, logging queries and chasing for resolutions and other ad hoc roles.

Skills required

  • Previous experience working within an administration role
  • Experienced with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Able to easily adapt to changes
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player

This position is currently a hybrid position consisting of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. However if the business requires you to be 100% office based at a later date, you will need to be able to commit to this.

Hours - 9am - 5:15pm

Salary - £24,000 - £25,000pa

Start date - Immediate
