Job Description

Brook Street are currently working for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol

This is a full time - role working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

They offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Flexi time is also offered between the hours of 0830-1730 as long as 37 hours per week is worked

Rate of pay is £13.69 per hour

This is a temporary contract ongoing until 11/11/2022 with a possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
-Updating & maintaining the database with correct information
-Organisation of calendars & providing support to inspectors
-Resolving queries promptly & appropriately
-minute taking of meetings

Skills & experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Strong communication skills both verbal & written
-Good Excel skills

For the first 4 weeks, full office attendance is required
