Job Description
Job Title - Administrator
Location - Brough HU15 Area
Salary - up to £24,000 per annum
Working as part of a small team, within a market leading engineering company! You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Sales department. Administration duties will include the below:
- Tracking the sales cycle and documentation, including quotes, correspondence, drawings etc; following up and chasing completion of tasks and actions assigned to members of the sales team.
- Liaising with clients and prospective clients, particularly ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Email, Phone and Diary management.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Organising and provisioning client and other meetings.
- Ad hoc administrative support.
- Any many more...
Our client would require:
- 2 years+ administration experience
- Exemplary literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office, web data, business apps.
- Excellent time management skills and a highly organised nature, with the ability to produce accurate work in pressurised timescales.
- To be enthusiastic, motivated and determined to see tasks through to completion.
