Job Description

Brook street are recruiting for an Admin Officer to work for one of our government clients based in Bath.
There is free, onsite parking that you will have access to.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £10.86 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 30/09/2022 with a possibility of an extension.

Main duties include:
-Responding to emails
-Answering telephone calls
-Reception cover, when required
-Recording data on the computer system
-Preparing paperwork

Skills and experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Good customer service skills
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
