Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Filton

This is a work from home role with occasional office visits

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 0900-1700

Rate of pay is £11.01 per hour

This is a temporary role until 10/11/2022 with a possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
- Approving & managing business service requests
- Processing awards & bonuses
- Managing car hire bookings
- Ordering stationary / equipment
- Issuing letters
- Managing / tracking budgets & training requirements
- Booking rooms, equipment & travel
- Diary management

Skills & experience required:
- Previous admin experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Good IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
