Day to day you will be dealing with customer enquiries over email and telephone providing them with a high quality service


Complete administration tasks such as; entering new candidates data, processing exam results, creating certificates / letters, preparing exam papers, note taking


Help to improve the quality of service provided to customers and encourage team members to strive for the best and continuously improve
