Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Antrim to recruit an experienced Administrator to provide efficient administration support within the company Production Department.

The main duties will include:

Management of time and attendance for factory operatives.
The accurate collection, processing, and presentation of production data.
Distribution of job sheets and call-offs.
Working with production managers to improve reporting process.
Update production database
General admin support as required.
Provide relief cover for Reception as required


The successful candidate will have extensive administration experience.
Previous experience within a production environment would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
Candidates should have a professional and pro-active manner with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
Candidates are also expected to have excellent IT skills, good numerical skills, the ability to complete work accurately with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
