Job Description
Brook Street is looking to recruit an Administrator for a government client based in Bodmin, Cornwall.
This is a full-time role, totalling in 37 hours a week. This is a temporary role until 31/07/2022 with the possibility of an extension.
Pay rate is £9.65, increasing to £10.86 after 12 weeks.
Key Tasks Include:
" Preparing accurate paper records and electronic files for Court hearings.
" Resulting of Courts accurately, interpreting accurately the information required on a Court file.
" Producing Court documentation and orders.
" General photocopying, scanning, and filing.
" Creating and updating records using in-house computer systems and Office 365 applications.
" Post duties
" Producing standard letters, correspondence, and submissions according to guidelines and instructions.
" Undertake listing and rota management duties.
" Prioritise work to workload targets in terms of throughput and accuracy.
" Customer Service: Handling counter (face to face), written and telephone enquiries. Delivering a helpful, prompt, polite and "right first time" service to our internal and external customers.
