Our client, based in Huntingdon is seeking a full-time, temporary Business Support Officer to join their team. The rate of pay is £11.01. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The Business Support Officer is an essential role providing administrative and clerical support to both the Business Management and wider DIO Accommodation Teams.
The role includes, but is not restricted to:
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
- General administration
- Anaylsing and collating information and data
The ideal candidate must have good communication both verbal and written.
You will be required to have previous administration experience and knowledge in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word.
If successful, you will be required to provide either your Passport or Birth certificate, 2 proofs of address and also proof of National insurance.
