Do you have administrative experience? Maybe you are good at talking on the phone and IT literate. If so then we have a job that would suit just this.
What would you be doing?
You would be providing administrative support for pathways and assist to reduce re-offending prisoners through opportunities. The following duties include but are not limited to:
Processing applications
Student applications
Resettlement pathway contracts
Procurement of Goods
Activity Board
Education Provision
Management information Systems
Activity/ Labour Allocation
Inputting data
Prisoners pay
Assist with
Job club
Exist interviews
Housing Clinics
Assessments
Maintain accurate records
Act as Contract point for all communications
Prepare paperwork for checking & conducting initial checks
Correspond with relevant stakeholders
You would be joining the team on a full-time, temporary basis. You will work 37 hours a week in an office environment from Monday to Friday. The pay rate would be £9.65 first 12 weeks then £10.11. However please be aware National Minimum wage applied for those under 23 and if successful a DBS check will be carried out and vetting.
