Monday-Friday, 9-5
Temporary
4 months+ with permanent potential
£10+ ph depending on experience

Brook Street are looking for a confident administrator to join our fantastic, market leading client based in Stratford on an initial temporary basis - a permanent position will be available for anyone who performs well in this role.

Duties:

  • Deliver effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to Line Manager
  • Plan, arrange, organise and coordinate meetings, events, travel and accommodation
  • Carry out delegated activities, such as authorising purchases, holiday requests, on behalf of managers
  • Check, plan and arrange for IT, office equipment and supplies
  • Create, compile, maintain, distribute and store documents, records, papers, reports, presentations and minutes that are timely and accurate
  • Respond to and resolve incoming stakeholder queries and requests
  • Collect and analyse data
  • General administration e.g. creating, editing and storing document and spreadsheets
  • Planning, prioritising and organising own work


Essential Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Confident in communicating with people at all levels both verbally and written
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask


Desired:

  • Knowledge of compliance/data protection
  • Experience of working in an office environment
