Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Bristol
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office & 2 days at home.
You will be required to attend the office while you are training before moving to the hybrid model
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £11.33 per hour
This is a temporary role until 31/12/2022 with a possibility of an extension
Main duties include:
- Providing admin support to early years inspectors
- Communicating with Early Years settings regarding inspection dates
- Booking travel and accommodation for inspectors & diary management
- Responding to queries via email & telephone
Skills & experience required:
-Previous admin experience
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
