Job Description

Administrator required for an immediate start in Romsey for a 2 month contract

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00pm with 30 minute lunch break

Potential flexibility on start and finish times.

Payrate: £12.00/p/h

Needs to drive due to location

Requirements:

  • Experience of dealing with customers over the phone, booking client visits.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel - Fundamentals only.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Once trained can organise own workload.
  • Strong I.T skills

Duties to include:

  • Sending out enquiry acknowledgement emails.
  • Logging enquiries into an excel tender log, updating stage dates and info during the quote process including when sent.
  • Setting up enquiries on the systems.
  • Booking in Surveys for enquiries.
  • Answering the phone if not picked up by the main team.
  • Checking lead times of enquires, to survey, to quoted, with the manager.
  • Importing survey info and photos into Tender Docs.
  • Sending quotes with sales docs from the Team email.
  • Assisting the Manager in ad-hoc duties.
