We are recruiting an administrator, to provide ongoing temporary cover September for our client based near Aztec West
Administrator Responsibilities:
Providing front of house support greeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls and post.
Acting as first point of contact for the business, answering all calls, and directing all enquiries.
To undertake a range of other administrative tasks/ duties when required
Administrator Skills:
- Previous reception/ administrator experience
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage time and own workload effectively
- Exceptional IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Receptionist Hours/Benefits:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 - 3:45 pm Friday
- 5 Day Week
- £9.50 - £13 per hour DOE
- Ongoing role with a potential temp 2 perm for the right candidate
