Job Description

We are recruiting an administrator, to provide ongoing temporary cover September for our client based near Aztec West

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Providing front of house support greeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls and post.

  • Acting as first point of contact for the business, answering all calls, and directing all enquiries.

  • To undertake a range of other administrative tasks/ duties when required

Administrator Skills:

  • Previous reception/ administrator experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage time and own workload effectively
  • Exceptional IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Receptionist Hours/Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday
  • 8:30 - 3:45 pm Friday
  • 5 Day Week
  • £9.50 - £13 per hour DOE
  • Ongoing role with a potential temp 2 perm for the right candidate
