Job Description
Brook Street are recruiting for an administrator to provide support to our busy MOJ Client on a temporary basis
Our client is based in the city centre and offers a great working environment.
This is a temporary role working full time 37 hours Monday to Friday and the assignment is expected to run until the 31/03/19
As an administrator you will be providing a comprehensive and varied support system to the busy team.
Duties may include but not be limited to
* Booking of meeting rooms
* Preparing of meeting rooms
* General clerking duties
* Preparing correspondence
* Preparing cases for hearings
* Dealing with queries by phone, face to face or email
* Reporting of facilities issues
* Liaising with the maintenance department
* Face to face clerking
* Meeting and greeting parties
* Postal duties
The role is subject to a basic DBS check and satisfactory referencing
Ideal candidates will have excellent admin and customer service skills. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and be a team player
Our client requires candidates to have the following skills
Excellent administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong IT skills
Ability to follow instruction and good attention to detail
The pay rate is £7.98 per hour rising to £9.45 per hour after 12 weeks, benefits include Holiday Pay and Pension Scheme
